Refund policy

We want you to be enchanted with all of the Full Moon Fairy products. If you’re not happy with your order, please let us know within 14 business days of receiving it. You can send back unused and unopened items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.  We will provide a return label and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that The Stuffie Collection is all handmade so no two animals or dolls will be the same.  We celebrate the uniqueness of each of our critter and fairy friends and hope that you will too!
